"This was everything a couple would need and more. We stayed in suite 4 and we had plenty of space. There is also a nice back deck area that allowed us to drop our beach stuff at the end of the day and also prepare for the next day without bringing anything into the house that didn't need to come in. The fact that there is so much included puts this stay above the others we had in Florida. The simple fact that we were flying in and didn't have to worry about coolers,beach chairs or an umbrella was amazing. There were more “toys” there than we had time to use. But I think the biggest pro was the host. He was very hospitable and friendly. Definitely cared about our stay and was eager to help. The neighborhood is quiet, but plenty of things to do close by. We have already decided we will stay here again. This will be our spot on Manasota Key!"

"Location was very good. Not a very long walk to the beach. Great condo for two people. Everything is as appears in the pictures. Hope to stay again next year. Found lots of sharks teeth, even with the tropical storm. Also, we has some beautiful sun sets."

"Second time staying on Manasota Key near Englewood Beach. House is at a perfect location for beach access, restaurants, fishing charters, and more. Property was clean and well stocked - we used the kitchen for multiple dinners and had all we needed. Was too hot for the outdoor dining, but would be great in cooler weather. Would stay again without hesitation."

"We were only on property for 10 minutes before agreeing that we needed to come back every year. It is a little piece of paradise. We used all the things, from lawn chairs to shuffle boards, paddle boards, bikes, and pool. It is a short drive to restaurants and stores, but the kitchenette was perfect for cooking a quick meal. The rooms are spacious and comfortable."

"You can’t ask for more than what this little place offers. Literally waking up and having breakfast on the beach. No lugging all your stuff from the beach to the car only to do it again the next day. You’re steps from the beach. We packed all our usual stuff only to find chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach towels already provided. Fully stocked kitchen and the most comfortable king bed. Already looking at the calendar for next year. The host Pat, was amazing. Every message I sent she responded immediately and was so friendly. Highly recommend."

"Overall we had a great stay at the beach house. It was extremely clean and well stocked with things we needed to get started. Be aware that this particular unit has no beach view from the unit and no outdoor seating area. Windows face the roadside. While it was mentioned in the description we definitely felt the afternoon heat within the house. It got up to 78-80 and didn’t cool back down below 75 until after midnight. We made the best of it and we are Floridians so we are accustomed to summer heat but just be aware of that if you plan to rent in the summer. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Parking is extremely tight, we have a Ford Explorer and it was definitely a tight fit. The proximity was great and definitely the highlight. We would definitely stay here again!"
