“Check In was a breeze, I may have missed it in the listing but there is a locker on the ground level that has chairs and other beach items available which made it super convenient, the only thing I will say is it’s on second floor it wasn’t an issue for us but the condos on the beach side all have stairs if have someone handicap that may be an issue and I could have missed that in the listing but all in all it was great!!!! Thanks again for the great hospitality ”

“We loved our stay at The Summer Wind. Condo was perfect for 2 people. Updated and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed including towels, beach chairs, kitchen items, etc. Screened lanai was great to sit on. Beach was just a few steps away! Amazing sunsets. Found lots of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants on the Key to choose from. Owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Will definitely book here again! ”

“This is our second stay at this house and 3rd on Manasota Key in a year. If you are looking for a quiet vacation and perfect spot near Stump Pass I highly recommend this house. On top of that I must say how awesome the host is. My AC went out unfortunately on my first day (Saturday) and was out for 24hrs. The host had someone there on Sunday the day before Memorial Day and it was fixed as fast as possible. Between great communication from the host and the beautiful location this is definitely my……
