“Location, location, location! The condo is walking distance to beach, bay, park, grocery, expensive and inexpensive restaurants, bike rental, church, souvenir, clothing shops. Not a public beach so not a lot of crowds. Patio, great washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, towels. Nice shower head and clean bathroom. ”

“The pool was very nice. The beach is really not a beach, there is really no place to sit on the sand. Nice view and conveniently located. The bedroom is very small but clean. Overall nice place to stay! ”

“We had no air conditioning when we arrived. It took 5 days to get it repaired so we had no AC for 5 of our 7 nights. Owner only gave us a small refund even though we were without AC and changed our plans to be there for contractors on three occasions. The place was a in great location but could use a bit of work. Some lights barely worked, ceiling fan was very noisy, one bathroom has no exhaust fan. ”

“Very comfortable little spot. Like sleeping in a thatched hut because of the bamboo ceiling. We loved it! Perfect size for two of us. Extremely close to beach & shopping. Our kids & grandkids stayed in a larger home about a mile away so we rented Katy’s golf cart & loved riding around the island. ”

“Quiet location. Spacious seating for 7 adults. Utensils and pots/pan options were pretty descent. Uncomplicated checkin and checkout. Easy walk to the beach. Grateful for the option of a chair or lounge at the beach.”
