"Everything was beautiful! We were originally going to stay at The Strater Hotel just down the street, but The General Palmer was half the price and just as nice. The Palmer does not have any restaurants, but there are so many options for dining in Durango that are walkable from The Palmer, it doesn't make a difference. The only complaint we had was we couldn't get the TV to work and they credited our amenities charge. Other than that, everything was perfect!"
