“La peor experiencia en un hotel en mis años de viaje”

“The property is beautiful and backs up to the Manuel Antonio National Park. We saw so many animals just from our balcony and the views of the beach were spectacular. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, even though we did not speak much Spanish. Lots to do in the area!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. My family of 4 (2 kids) stayed in the apartment and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool every night after long days at the nearby beaches. There’s a small grocery store nearby. The only difficulty was although my husband and I enjoyed the breakfast there were not many kid friendly options.”

“Rooms are not big but this was expected as they were as pictured. They were clean, pool is clean as well. Restaurant staff were very friendly and I like how they have cold water for guest to just freely have. There are a few things I would have hoped they have: 1. Since the rooms are small, floors are white and proximity to the activities/beach, it’s very easy to get the floors dirty. A doormat would have been nice to have and shoe trays. 2. “Great jungle stay. Clean room, beautiful balcony, clean bathroom and plenty of space for the family.”

“The owners and staff are tricky people. Telling you one thing and doing another. I wouldn’t suggest this pace and it’s highly expensive for zero customer service. Also you get stuck at dinner without a golf cart ride back. They dint communicate. Looks great , but they need to change there attitude”
