「Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Essen ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zeit zum einchecken ist mit 14 Uhr angegeben. Musste diesmal fast noch eine Stunde warten bis aufgemacht wurde. War nicht mein erster Aufenthalt dort und werde auch weiterhin dort übernachten.」

「Two bulbs were not working so clothes unit and te a are were in the dark.The bathroom rack was red rusty where the towels were placed.Bathroom shelf was chipped all way along the edge.Needs repairs.」

「We stayed at Woodhall hotel and spa for 4 nights in the lodges. There was not much natural light entering the room and noise can be heard from the adjoining room The building could do with some refurbishment The views and gardens are beautiful The staff were really excellent and nothing was too much trouble The food was equally good with some fabulous combinations and flavours and, they have an interesting wine list, if slightly on the pricey side. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you」

「PLEASE READ!! This place is swarming with crack heads in and around the property. It is absolutely disgusting. The reception staff don’t let you leave or give your deposit back until they have physically checked the rooms, which is purely because the place is swarming with drug users. The BEDDING is heavily stained, the carpets are stained the whole thing should be advertised as a halfway house. This is not a hotel, yes it’s cheap, but it’s not even acceptable to sleep in during a cross country...

「The rooms are advertised as luxury but in my single room there wasn’t a wardrobe or any coat hangers just a cluster of about three hooks hinged together. The food in the Henry VIII restaurant left a lot to be desired only ate the evening meal there on one occasion out of a 4 night stay, the fish and chips were very fatty and the chips were nearly black. Regards to the breakfast over the 4 mornings the fried eggs were always cremated as was the bacon, on one morning I had a poached egg which...

「I did not get use of the room as the hotel was locked up despite calling and leaving messages there was no reply . I had the inconvenience of having to travel 12 miles to find another hotel .」

「Booked for parents to celebrate fathers 80th. Accomadated a last minute change to more accessible room and late afternoon food. They both really enjoyed stay and could not say enough about quality of staffing and overall experience!」
