"The room was very clean, big, and comfortable! They also provide you different bins to dispose of trash and recyclables. The bathroom was huge and also very clean! Breakfast was really good with lots of options. The staff were always so kind and helpful! Very good location too! It’s within a 10 min walk to Dotonbori and there is also a train station right outside the hotel."

"Excellent hotel. Clean. Rooms are small but functional. Located literally 50 meters from Namba station if you find the proper exit. The hotel is so big it has its own 7/11 on the 4th floor. Very convenient for snacks or a cheap meal. Dontonburi was a 8 minute walk or 500 yen taxi ride. Only issue was the heat. I found the hotel temperature too hot and you can’t adjust it even though there’s a temperature gauge in the room. But this is a very minor issue as most people would want their room to be warm in the winter. "
