“Eat at the restaurant at the hotel. It was the best. I’ll never have better north woods biscuits and gravy. Chicken tenders, burgers, fries, ribs, chicken parm were also all so good. It was great.”

“Was great. I should’ve read more that there wasn’t breakfast included but just a walk away is caribou. And you do have a kitchen so you could bring your own breakfast to cook! Our family loved this place and will definitely be coming back again!”

“Had a very nice stay! Room was clean and didn’t smell like anything at all 🙂 It had just what we needed for our few day stay. The owner was very kind and helpful. He even made some calls and switched some things around for us so we could add a night. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We enjoyed the area — beautiful lake, gorgeous sunsets. The townhome was clean, open, spacious, and stocked with plenty of supplies and towels. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. On the downside, there is no pool and no restaurant on-site. The beach area is very small, not a real sand beach, and not suitable for kids to swim. The playground is also very small. Activities are limited if you’re not golfing or boating.”

“When we arrived to check in we were notified by the staff that we’d have to change cabins the next day. They said it’s because the resort is a timeshare and the owner wants to use the cabin we’re staying in the next day. They said they’d move us to cabin 13. We asked why we couldn’t go to cabin 13 and they said because it’s not clean yet. I suspect that we were supposed to be in cabin 13 originally but they didn’t get it clean in time. This made our two night stay not so relaxing. We already……

“Wonderful lakefront property! Would absolutely stay here again, as the place was fabulous. The location is just a couple minutes from town along a quiet street with lakefront homes and cabins. Room 8 is an attic apartment with a full kitchen, large bathroom and breathtaking views. ”

“The fireplace did not work and the heater in the living room did not work properly after we had someone look at it”
