「Great room in the oldest part of the house - very clean and well maintained. Bar, evening meal and breakfast were all excellent. Grounds were nice to walk a round.」

「The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel.」

「When I arrived on Thursday there was no receptionist, no one there to help me check in. I think some random cleaner had the code to open the room I was staying at for the night. I asked if there was a restaurant or a place to eat for dinner and breakfast the next morning. All the person had to say was there was a Sainsbury store where the gas station was across the street, if I wanted to buy food. Very disappointed, stay away from this hotel like the plague!」

「Hello - I have a serious complaint about the Bridge House Hotel in Reigate where I was booked to stay on Friday 25th September 2026. On arrival and after check in, the receptionist took us to show us our room. We walked out of the hotel and around the back of the hotel in a small filthy passage way back of the kitchens and full of rubbish bins. 「The White Horse Inn is exactly what we were looking. We stayed in the larger "fancy" room and it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar in the inn was as it looked in the pictures - cozy and quaint. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent.」
