“We had a terrible check-in, not the resorts fault but Expedia. We were on the phone for over an hour with expedia customer service goung back and forth about our check in time, but luckily when we got there the worker was super friendly and had everything ready for us. Its a very neat experience and cozy. Very good layout for the size of boathouse so nothing felt crammed. Overall would definitely go again. In fact, we booked another night there.”

“Nice community, not far from Key West. However the house was not clean. The sheets and pillows had blood on them and looked like they had not been washed, there was a lot of dust and floors were not vacuumed properly. The bathrooms had hair on the walls. This resulted in us having to sleep on top of blankets we brought with us. ”

“Yes you are on the ocean, yes there are docks, and yes you are centrally located for activities. Cottage was clean but very dated and not well kept. It is not private, we had people walking and driving in and around us throughout the day. We did bring a dog, which is why we liked the private description, but it was not and he spent a lot of time barking when we were there. The old time “key west” feel was there but we were not slightly pleased with the bed and couch being that way also-literally the worse I’ve ever encountered.
