"Annette, Michael and staff made me feel at home—they went the extra mile in any way I needed. I stayed for a week as its location was perfect for frequent walks to see the sunset at Asilomar coast. I plan to return on my next visit to see my family who live in Pacific Grove."

"What a hidden gem! The Monterey experience without the touristy feel. Great location, walkable to beaches & trails. Stellar breakfast & friendly & efficient staff. Our dog daughter was right at home & felt very welcomed. The only recommendation would be to get the windows repaired/replaced. Only one of our 3 would open, which made it very hot inside the room. One window had a huge crack in the glass & we overheard other guests saying how their windows were broken as well. Otherwise, everything was great! We will be back. "

"We were quite pleased with our stay. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room and public areas were very clean and had everything we needed. Microwave, frig, coffee pot and the towels and linen were perfect. The breakfast room was clean with seating inside or outside overlooking the pool area. Parking was easy. The hotel was in the best location for us, close to a golf course and not far from the bay or downtown. We will return the next time we are in that area."
