“短途旅游， 热水池水质不错， 也还算干净。 游泳池不大， 不过也不错， 特别是儿童池， 设计得好。 房间还行， 但是早餐非常不行， 太简单了。 四距离文冬市区大约 15km ， 有些远”

“The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! But please be aware of the monkeys which might appear anywhere in the Hotel. They're friendly, I suppose. Meanwhile, the staff are……

“Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay.”

“The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon……

“位置雲頂山腳 但還是一樣冷 登記處有點難找 停車場上房搭電梯需要單獨刷房卡 因不夠靈活 房間不錯 乾淨 有碗筷 可以簡單煮食 但不提供桌布擦桌子 有點費解 難道吃完不用搞乾淨？ 窗口沒風景 只有大廈 ”

“櫃枱服務人員熱心協助. 植物園小店,應賣些零食小食. 區內餐廳價格稍貴. 去植物園的接駁巴士很方便,但9點才發車第一班車,太晚了. (The counter staff is very helpful. The botanical garden shop should sell some snacks or simple food. The restaurant in the area is a little expensive. The shuttle bus to the botanical garden is very convenient, but the first shuttle bus is only available at 9 o'clock. It is too late.)”

“Only 1 key available. For a property advertising for up to 10 people, very awkward. On 29th floor. Need key card to use lift. So difficult. 6 of us we always needed a plan to arrange who had key, as we were out doing different things. Key box was broken so couldnt leave key there. Advertised for 10. But only 4 cups 4 chairs. Yes enough beds but not enough facilities.”

“Big apartment and big swimming pool. Nice view but far a little bit from Genting Highland Premium Outlet.”

“Parking arrangement was a bit confusing else we had good experience despite the high occupancy level for the night we spent there”
