"Stay was ok, host was very good at responding and communicating was fast and friendly. The house was not clean we had to wash the sheets they were dirty, clean and mop floors ect…And found dirty undergarments. There was absolutely no water pressure in the shower. We just felt as we spent way too much on something we had to clean, and not shower great or really at all…on vacation. when I left I cleaned so hopefully the next guest gets a cleaner check in. "

"Staff is wonderful! Beds are comfortable and it's quiet. However there's hallways stains on carpets that were there last year. The elevator had a sticky spill that wasn't cleaned with our 2 day stay. The hotel is quite outdated, but its a great rate to have a place to sleep. The lobby is loaded with outlets so you can work which is awesome. Just wish they would clean their carpets and offer free coffee in the lobby. "

"I had a great weekend stay at Pala Casino Spa Resort. From arrival to departure, the staff was warm, friendly, and professional. The hotel felt secure yet welcoming, and everything was immaculate. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The entertainment was excellent, and the variety of restaurants and bars made it easy to find something for everyone. I would gladly stay here again."
