「Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were always excellent. We particularly enjoyed visiting the rooftop (terrace) bar, especially during its "happy hour"! Mixed feelings about our room. Although undoubtedly stylish, it was surprisingly dark and we thoroughly disliked the needlessly complex lighting controls. We would also have preferred a more complete separation of "private" facilities (toilet and shower) from the other living quarters. 」

「Stayed in a room that hosted me and two friends. The location to check-in was close to the apartment and walkable. There are a lot of cute shops and restaurants that are walkable from this location. Communication through WhatsApp was very smooth with the host. There is an elevator so you don’t have to only rely on stairs to bring your luggage upstairs. All in all a good stay! 」

「Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir haben immer draußen gesessen. Man sollte allerdings eine lange Hose tragen,da es sehr viele Mücken gibt. Wir hatten 6 Tage lang keine Fernsehverbindung und auch kein WiFi auf dem Zimmer was natürlich sehr ärgerlich war. Auch ein mehrmaliges Auffordern hat nichts gebracht. Am Ende des Urlaubes hat man sich mit einem Pikolo entschuldigt.」

Ce n’est pas l’hôtel le plus moderne mais c’est le mieux situé. 「Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. 「Loved the location, cleanliness and vibe of the hotel with fantastic pools and all staff were great. Only downside was limited parking and I was only able to get a space at the hotel on 1 of 5 days, all other days I had to search for on street parking around 500m away from the hotel. Not ideal but aware there isn’t much can be done about it due to the central location.」
