Perfect place to stay in Nashville

The condo and amenaties are top notch. We've stayed on multiple trips to Nashville and will continue to stay here the next time. Make sure and walk across the parking light to Green Light Bar - the staff is awesome and we always have a great time!

Nashville weekend

The property was terrific. Nice walk to downtown area and Gultch. Pool area was great. This condo had everything we needed. We felt safe in this area. Easy access to parking.

Short and Sweet

Labor Day Girls Trip

This place was pretty great. We enjoyed the pool, met some great people & made some great memories. The only downside was that our code to get into the garage & elevator did not work.

Nashville 21st Birthday trip

The rental was very clean. Our 21 yr olds loved how it was decorated. Only a 5 min drive to Broadway, on a nice day could walk (probably wouldn’t want to walk at night). Nice walk to The Gulch district. Overall a quiet location to stay. We enjoyed staying here for the short weekend trip.

Great space and location!

This was a perfect spot for our girls' trip. The beds were really comfortable, the condo was super clean when we arrived. We had no issues with getting into the parking lot, building, or unit- it was all clear and easy to navigate. The pool is pretty simple- nothing fancy, but was great to chill and relax in for a while. We loved that there was so much to walk to- coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, breweries- and yet quick and easy Uber to get downtown. Would definitely recommend this area and this condo!

Nashville with Friends

Loved this place!! Very clean everything was in their for the showers lots of room!! It’s nicer than the pictures Pool area ver clean , We had a small problem with the air conditioning and I called the number on my confirmation and they can to fix it with 2 hours We were very pleased!! I would rent again and recommend to friends and family!! Dorine from Montreal :)

Vacasa is terrible to rent from

There is no early checkin policy so I had to pay for an entire extra day at full price because of when my flight landed and the check in time.When I got to my room the door code they sent me was wrong. I will never stay at a Vacasa property again

Terrible cleaning

When we went to bed after driving 14 hours all our bed linen was not washed from the previous stay. Concert wristband was left, blood, hair etc all over the bed sheets. Huge stain on rug, moldy paper towels… however wonderful location, and place. Place was beautiful just like the pictures despite the uncleanliness.

Girls trip

A beautiful condo! Someone’s heart and soul went into decorating this lovely place! The location was perfect for us four moms that wanted to get away and have fun. We were able to walk to get coffee in the morning. 5 Daughters coffee and pastry shop is highly recommended. During the day we could walk to restaurants and the main strip. Averaging around15,000 steps per day. At night we just used Uber from the complex. The pool is very close and clean. The property has a locked common area to get to your room. We all felt very safe. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. This town is a magnet for bachelorette parties! Over all it was an excellent place to stay and we would use it again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect, trendy, rental. Perfect if you have teenagers traveling with you. Pretty close to lower Broadway and very close to The Gulch area. Biggest complaint I have was that the elevator alarm was beeping the entire time we were there, and we had some noisy young adults partying on the patios in a condo near us. I had to walk down to security (who has his headphone on), to ask him to say something. They got a little quieter after that.

Swanky Condo in Nashville

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I stayed here during a quick weekend girls trip. The condo is exactly as pictured with cool, modern decor, spacious living spaces and very clean. However, I did have a couples issues: the keypad door doesn't lock once you've entered automatically so be sure to lock the door behind you. Also, my friend accidentally left her eyeglasses behind and it took me over a week after checking out of going back and forth with management just for them to say that they weren't found.

Overall good

There were 7 women staying in the property and they left us 4 rolls of very thin toilet paper. We ran out on the 2nd to last day and had to use paper towels and throw them in a garbage bag instead of flushing. We met another group of ladies down the hall and they had the same issue. There were wet towels left in the washer that were musty and smelly and also towels left in the dryer. Other than those two things the property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend getaway

Overall the stay was great. Every door had a keypad to get into the building so you felt safer knowing that outside patrons could not access the building. The room was very clean and very spacious for our group of 4. Only knock we may have had was that there was no checkout instructions as far as what to do with bedding, towels, and dishes we may have used. We did what we thought was best and put towels in a pile and used the dish washer for the dishes and put them away before we left. Overall I would definitely use this place again if we make another trip to Nashville!

Great place

This condo was in a great location. It was clean an super cute. Had everything we needed, but one of the TV remotes was missing batteries. Also just an FYI. If you are on 1st or 2nd floor you can hear everyone above you. Also a couple of condos were being remodeled so there was construction noise.
