"I was there for a concert at Allstate Arena and it was really close and convenient. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up which was a little inconvenient but it’s alright. Staff was nice. Was transparent about fees. For the price point it’s a good option "

"Courtney made this stay wonderful. She accommodated us and gave us a better room. Considering we stayed at the other best western on Grant Park, it was the worst night I ever had the bed was.
