"Centrally located, Lovely hotel. Just about a 5 minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. Rooms are lovely. Breakfast is adequate, not superb, though. Grand Central Kitchen does the best breakfast, and a reasonable price."
"Unfortunately the AC was not working during the heatwave of last weekend which I understand does happen but I had phoned on the Wednesday to check there was no problem and was told there wasn’t unfortunately this seems to have been a lie we was given two fans but they was not enough it was stifling and hard to sleep the two nights we was there .Calin on the reception was exceptional helpful at all times but there is only so much he could do .maybe a offer on discount on the cold drinks at the bar would of been nice .
But I will go back but I will definitely check the AC is on and hope that they don’t lie to me again"
"Staff really welcoming and pleasant. Rooms were perfect and clean. Plenty of extra air conditioning around the hotel due to extreme high temperatures.
Quick check in and check out. Offered a glass of bubbly on arrival. Despite busy hotel and World Cup Football there was no noise so slept really well. Breakfast was lovely, great selection of food and juices. Perfect location and will definitely stay again."
