「Everything was perfect until I had the worst ever check out experience. I got back to the hotel at precisely 11:44am to check out. A cleaning lady caught me at the door and told me the check out time was 11am and they were looking for me. I had absolutely no idea. I apologize for times and immediately rushed back to take all my luggages out. The lady was nice & friendly, she told me I could have 5mins to get everything done. And then I waited for the reception staff for check out, who printed...

Disappointing service

"I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "

靠近機場，適合第二天上午班機的住宿點

"離機場步行約10分鐘，轉機或過境很方便，飯店房間較適合單人住宿，乾淨明亮現代化設計，一樓大廳公共區域寬敞且功能性好. 環保飯店，房間不提供熱水壺杯具等."
