「Very comfortable! We were a group of 2 families so the kickoff worked out great. Location was convenient to Williamsburg attractions but was very quiet. The kitchens had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable.Only complaint was check-in process— the room wasn’t ready til an hour past check-in and the staff at the front desk tried to pressure me into a timeshare pitch (thankfully I had messaged w the owner about this and she assured me it was optional).」

「The office people were very friendly and helpful. The washer makes a terrible BANG BANG noise throughout the wash cycle.....really needs fixed!! We were there with our adult sons, and 2 of the 4 of us smelled cat pee in the master bath with the smell also in the bedroom near the bath door. the other 2 could not smell it. a good stea, clean of the bathroom tile and maser bedroom carpet should clear that up!」

「We had a great stay. Since it was around a holiday, it was very busy in the area. There was some initial confusion regarding confirmation of our stay. Really glad that was figured out before our arrival. The unit was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We didn’t get a chance to use the resort amenities as it was a short stay. However, the grounds looked nice and well kept. Would definitely stay again.」

"唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這"
