"This is a truly fabulous hotel with the level of service second to none. We were made to feel special from the time we arrived to the moment we left. The staff are exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The little personal touches that they did made the whole stay truly magical. They advertise that breakfast is included, but they do not offer breakfast. Their advert is not a true reflection of what they are offerring."
