“We had a very enjoyable stay at the Scone Arms. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the improvements already completed look fantastic. Our room had been fully renovated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
The bar area has been completely updated and has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. Work is still continuing on the restaurant and reception areas, but it’s clear the property is being transformed beautifully.

“There was no signage for the car park as it was through a narrow gap behind the hotel.
I was given the key to the room, which I was told was through a door to the right of reception. On going through the door I found I was outside in the poring rain with again no signage.
