「Loved the room, very spacious! Staff are friendly and helpful. Jungala waterpark was awesome. Wish we can stay longer, my kid loved everything.」

「The reception desk was chronically unfriendly and difficult to work with. Language limitations made it taxing to resolve billing issues and communicate problems. It was also very difficult to book reservations for parties over 4 people, so if you are traveling with a group that wants to eat dinner together, this might be an issue. ALL other employees were friendly, helpful, courteous, prompt, and accommodating.」

「Biggest problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere so unless you know for sure you’re there for the wakeboarding, I would not stay there. Other than that the room was pretty ample and nice. Food was fine.」

「Most restaurants closed at 3pm. The staff sends you away. Not inclusive as some liquors and wines only available for purchase. Buyer beware from Expedia. Resort credits of $400 is only if you spend $100 then off $25 so you’ll need to spend thousands to get the full $400 credit. I was supposed to get a wine bottle each day and that was not done either. And many of the restaurant s did not have the wine available from the limited selection. Mediocre food - do your research!」

「The out door pool was amazing ! The bar by the pool and the staff were very friendly and all of the staff were always friendly and helpful . The Palms restaurant and Italian restaurants were our favorite. Unfortunately there were only four restaurants for families and one was only open for breakfast and lunch. One is a buffet that was just okay. The other restaurents in the other resorts are adult only - which one can understand.」

「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

La playa y el mar completamente limpias a pesar de ser temporada de sargazo. La comida en los restaurantes cara pero muy buena. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volvería sin duda.」
