「A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. Thanks for a great stay Jenna, nice to meet you 👍」

「I would 100% recommend a stay here. The hosts were exceptional with their contact throughout right from when we made the booking. They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. The accommodation was lovely and the garden area was beautiful and the hot tub temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. Tina gave an interesting talk about them, whilst we were able to feed them. Our stay was truly lovely and the sunsets, other wildlife were just the ‘icing on...

「Cozy cabin a stone’s throw from a beautiful beach. Down a private road with parking outside & direct beach access opposite. The property is lovely & comfortable & well equipped. Very peaceful but with amenities within walking distance & perfectly placed to explore the gorgeous North Norfolk Coast. Very responsive hosts. I highly recommend this property & would love to return some day.」

「Great location but the house wasn't that clean , shower walls looked like hadn't been cleaned in months and just looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned , had to move the sofa out to use plug and really dirty behind sofa cobwebs and general dirt , ok wasn't expecting 5 stars but did expect it to be cleaned properly . see below pic of shower ! got to say it's the worst place we have stayed at sadly . 」

「This property was ideal for a couple quiet relaxing break. The property has a little sitting area outside which is secluded with only the property owner or postman walking past. It was lovely and clean.」

「We had a wonderful time at River Rest, A lovely location to explore the area &watch the wildlife, Everything you need for a leisurely break. Thanks to Tina for her help.」
