「The lights didn’t work in half the room, the balcony door was locked and i wasnt able to access it. And the jets in the bathtub didnt work, the control pannel had no features.」

「My stay was ok. The condo was nice , I loved the layout. The couch had visible stains on it , I think it’s time to be replaced. The condo had a stale/old smell to it. Communication with the property is weird you have to contact them through WhatsApps.」

「Great place to stay. The host was extremely communicative and answered all of our questions. They even went out of their way to arrange a high chair and a crib for our baby. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!」

「As soon as I opened the door my daughter and I were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and an oval chemical smell. The chemical smell burned our throats, you could literally taste it. Then if that wasn’t enough, the long black hairs on the bed sheets. The bathtub looked like a contractor washed out a drum of cement in the tub. There was cement all over the inside of the tub. Called the number in my email numerous times with every time getting a word recording with no way to leave a message....

「Host was great , very close to the beach . He was very accommodating and helpful . Will stay agian !」

「The beach access and pool were great. The kidsEnjoyed the lobby area with the games. The restaurant Blu Gin was delicious, we ate there multiple times. The pool bar made great drinks! Just wished they stayed open later. There were a few little shops that had snacks and anything you would need if you forgot. There was some construction going on but it wasn’t loud. The elevators are very slow and crowded. The valet was nice, just have to plan to wait a few minutes to get your car. Overall we...

「Room was great but the mgmnt of the facility was terrible. Parking level makes it very difficult to move luggage to first floor. Elevators like a prison that only allow you to go to your floor. For 300 rooms there was one working elevator and 4 luggage carts. Press the emergency button in elevator and it takes 15 minutes for someone to respond.」

「The unit was very clean and spacious. Location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this unit.」

「Facility and staff and room were great. Including great shower water pressure and very comfortable beds and pillows. Very modern and fresh. Everything was as advertised except the price. Be ready for additional charges once you arrive at the hotel. There is a security deposit which will be refunded which I’m cool with, but there was not a small resort fee that will not be refunded that I was unaware of. So keep that in mind when looking at the price. This place is still worth the additional cost...

「Property location very close to all the great places in the neighborhood. Such as Brickell Center, Great restaurants with roof-top bars. Hotel staff is very helpful.」
