"The property is in bad shape. When we arrived, I wasn't impressed by the condition. Early the next morning the toilet backed up. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. So I walked down in my pajamas to alert them, it was 7:30, and the response was that the maintenance man doesn't come in till 9:00.
