“Our host was absolutely wonderful at communication and very hospitable. Location to down town is great. House has charming historic quality, clean and very thoughtfully stocked. This is a wonderful rental option. If traveling with pets, several green spaces to walk on leash. Wonderful experience. ”

“Was a very nice apartment in the old home. Was in the historical district so very safe and easy access to any events/shopping/restaurants. J.P. was always available for any questions/suggestions. Had a little trouble with the Induction cook top so l used the crock pot & air fryer that was there more. Maybe I'm just not used to Induction or more detailed instructions would help. Pool looks very inviting but I was there during record lows so I only took advantage of the many outdoor seating……

“The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. ”
