“Terrible experience from start to finish. We arrived at the hotel around 6 AM after driving for 8 hours. We originally booked a large room with two beds for me, my mom, and my two sisters. When we got there, the front desk told us the room we booked was “not available” and gave us a king room with a sofa bed instead. Since we were exhausted, we accepted it for the night. The room was disgusting. The smell of cigarette smoke was extremely strong, like people had been smoking in there for days.……

“As soon as I opened the door the place reaked like a dog kennel. When I flicked the light switch nothing happened so I had to make my way over to the lamp near the door and tried to turn it on but it wasn't even plugged in. Neither was the ac unit. The ac was completely broken with knobs coming off in my hand the the plug had burn marks all over it. The sheets & pillowcases all had stains on it. The manager did give me a can of Febreeze for the smell & luckily I had brought a box fan with me……
