"Beautiful place, beautiful views. The management team responded pretty quickly to texts/emails. Reply was "we'll get with our team." When we checked in at 4:00, the pool did not work. A nice gentleman came out and got it working, but still we were without that important amenity for probably 20 hours out of our 42 hour stay. Then we lost all water to the house, which meant no taps, no toilets for several hours. We were about to just leave early, but water was eventually restored. I requested...

"Our stay was better than expected. To be clear, this is not a 5 Star hotel but for the type of hotel/ motel, it was excellent…. a 5 star experience. The staff was exceptional and the room was super clean. The unit we stayed in appeared to be newly remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of everything downtown so that was a bonus! The breakfast was a typical continental style. We would stay here again!"

"Enjoyed our visit. Staff, friendly, room comfortable, restaurant food wonderful. Enjoyed fireplace in evening. We had to leave a day early because of hurricane in Florida and manager was very helpful at getting us a refund on our last night. Will definitely be back!"
