Excellent location

Location is excellent and at a great price. However, when we checked in, the floors were already covered in sand. We also found trash in some of the trash cans.

Great place, even better location.

Great 4 bedroom condo on the 12th floor. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect, close to all the action on Main St. Awesome beach. The condo was a little dated, but inline with expectations for a rental property. Wish the master had a king bed, but not a big deal. Overall, loved our vacation and the property.

Disappointed with cleanliness, loved the view!

No sheets on bed, then when sheets were confirmed missing by property management, dirty sheets were brought to unit. They did bring some clean sets. Unwashed coffee cups and plates in the cabinets, leading us to wash all dishes. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Only one trash can had a liner (bag), so we asked for more. There are three bathrooms and the toilet paper rolls in two were not a complete roll. There were no extra. We texted the priory management and asked for a few more trash can bags and a couple of TP rolls but we’re informed that it was the renter’s responsibility per the contract/rules. The weather was great and security was good. Loved the view.

Upon checking in the condo was not clean at all !!! The whole condo is very very dated and that I can deal with but being dirty I cannot! The kitchen was gross not cleaned food in sink and counters and faucets so dirty and grimy. Refrigerator was not cleaned either . All the cabinets and drawers had food and dirt in them . We had rk take out every piece of silverware and wash it as well as clean the whole kitchen . Cabinets in bathrooms and kitchen were peeling ,shower and sinks in bathrooms had mildew and grime. The first bedroom with the two twin beds was a literal HOT BOX my poor kids were sweating to death in there had to sleep with door open and we had to go buy a box fan which still didn’t help. Very upsetting that I texted with the rental company and they stated that they would send maintenance to come look and never heard back. Coffee machine also had mold in it the Keureg . So just be aware that the pictures need to be updated as to what it really looks like .

Quick getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was amazing. We loved being ocean front and close to main street! Overall the place was very nice, needs some updating but everything worked as it should!

Amazing condo and family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time! The condo was fantastic and the views were even better than the pictures showed. Everything was spotless and Luxury Beach Rentals was a pleasure to work with. So happy we found this place! Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!
