“Spent a few days at the Queen Victoria. The staff was very friendly. The location was very good as well. The Victorian detail was very nice throughout. We were not very happy with the room because it was extremely small - the bathroom sink was literally at the foot of the bed. Perhaps that was the room I picked, but I did not realize how tiny it was. The room was on the third floor. It was not a pleasant walk up those flights of stairs as they were very long and steep. “The staff was very helpful and friendly!
The room was very small! A few things didn’t work but they sent a maintenance man quickly.
Room definitely needed better lighting and some outlets. No views from our windows. Very unappealing.
Breakfast was very simple, nothing fancy or special. It was fine.
Location is great! We walked everywhere. We had a great time, just spent very little time in the actual bandb.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Hugh! Sandy and John were gracious hosts, breakfast was French inspired and delicious. The rooms were clean with modern style and the staff were helpful and kind. It’s nice to also have a highly rated French restaurant inside the inn, although we didn’t dine there we will be back again. Highly recommend! ”
