“The pictures are very deceiving. Our sheets were dirty and had to be changed, we were provided 3 towels and 1 wash cloth for 4 people, and when we went to the front desk to get more towels, the woman at the front desk told us to get them ourselves. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I would not walk around without my shoes on. In the morning we found a cockroach on the floor, killed it, and brought it to the front desk in a tissue. Since we booked through Expedia, the property couldn't help……

“We checked in and there was no one there to actually check us in. They give you a phone number to call and tell you to just take a keycard. It was the weekend of saint patricks day so the island was busy. But I didn’t see any one at the desk at all the whole time i was there. I went on whats considered off season so maybe that had to do with no one being there but you really should have someone at the front desk. I only paid 105 dollars for the night so i was ok with the price . However we……

“Awful customer service. No heat in rooms. Rented a room for wrestling weekend, and had to transfer to a different hotel with working heat. The east coast is experiencing a very cold winter, which I get, but other competitors had working heat. Hotel is refusing to give full refund even though we did not stay there, due to their policy of notifying within 24 hours. How were we supposed to know they had 0 heat?! Expedia cannot override the vendors policy and offered a $50 credit towards a future……
