"The Staff was excellent,very helpful and professional I had few issues, Ms Bernadette was very helpful upgraded me to a cottage kitchenette 2 bedrooms ,I was disappointed no phone to call customer service you have to go to front desk in person ,no chair to sit I have to climb on the bed No iron .The positive part very convenient across the beach, boardwalk,that was the highlight of my stay it was my birthday week, there was no parking available upon my arrival which was late after 7 pm, went the over flow parking lot, a block and half away from the hotel ."

"No coffee maker so you need to bring your own if you like that wake up coffee, but it was a short walk to Dunkin or Starbucks. You could put the table and chairs outside your room if you have the view of ocean side or view. Other inside pool facing had chairs provided plus the top deck was nice to sit and look at the ocean! Let’s talk about parking the fact we were 15 on the standby list did not sit well or the fact it’s 20.00 a day at the hotel! But you can park two blocks up on the street for free!! It seems in convenient but after unloading the car and parking we never touched the car for a week! I am a walker and we walked everywhere even with a 14 and 19year old! 2 small Dog - super friendly place! I brought my own bath rug! Trust me buy a cheap one a small one but that is me as a towel on the floor does not work! The room was great with two dogs two queen beds table and two chairs roomy!! The only down not closet in our room hooks only! I brought hangers and double them up! One drawer which I used for snacks and extra paper products, coffee etc!! Brought a cooler as you can walk to get ice bag and keep drinks etc cool! Not having everything a condo would have or mini kitchenette it all worked out! Microwave and mini fridge with a freezer MINI!! So an ice pack fit in the freezer! Overall beach chairs stayed outside no one touched them! Beach access and Boardwalk great clean!!! For 4 of us it was a great place and would stay again for a quick get away 5 nights!"

"We had a wonderful experience during our two-night stay at Linda’s at the end of August! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very responsive to our needs. We needed a few extra items, including bedsheets and a hair dryer, and they were brought to us within about five minutes, which we really appreciated. The quick and helpful service made our stay even more comfortable. One small suggestion for improvement: our room had only a bed and a small refrigerator. It would be nice to have a chair in the room, as well as some type of stand or small table under the refrigerator to raise it off the floor and make it easier to use. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay at Linda’s again and would definitely recommend it to others and hopefully stay there again!!!"
