“The place was very dirty. There were crack heads roaming around outside making a lot of noise. No on was doing anything about it. I would not recommend this place. We didnt stay. We left after being there maybe 1 hour.”

“It's a no frills budget inn. We stayed one night. For the money, probably should have done AC hotel but we wanted to be close to OC. People have different expectations but be assured this is a budget inn.”

“Absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast. Room was incredibly clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was large and the rain shower head was very nice. Fresh strawberry lemonade and cookies on the deck every day was a nice touch. Short walk to the board walk and to Asbury shopping district. Perfect location. Great charm. Friendly and attentive staff. Will be staying here again!”

“Cute, comfortable place to stay at shore for a great price. My daughter & stayed one night, wish was more! Super cute newly remodeled room with cozy beds & great TV. Walked to Crab Trap for dinner & diner for breakfast-both steps away. A/C worked great. Will b back to test the pool, only regret- no time fit it in!”

“The most important was very clean and close to the board walk but the only problem was no available parking space. I had to find a over night parking space and there was one around the corner which was reasonably priced for that time of year.”

“Watson’s would be lovely for a long term stay. The apartments are well decorated and well kept. The only complaint we had was at check in in the evening the receptionist was a bit difficult, but otherwise everything was excellent and we would stay here again. The cost of the room is well worth the environment. Three things to keep in mind; 1. The pool is in doors which we didn’t mind. 2. The pull out couch, we had two in our room, the mattress can be a little thin, but You can always……

“Easy check in. Room was clean but out dated. If you are looking for a modern hotel this place is not for you. If you are looking for an antique efficiency then this is the place. Was nice to see an older hotel that was full of beach bound tourist. Short walk to beach & boardwalk.”

“We had a great time exploring the boardwalk.. The motel was less than a block from the beach. On site parking for my larger truck was adequate. If we return we would make use of the kitchenette.”
