Always cleaned our room, etc. Upon check out today, they go to check our room that we had cleaned everything before leaving.. they come back to tell us that they could not give us our $100 deposit due to dirty sheets!? The sheets and blankets that we received had stains and cigarette burns already.. no damages to the room, but took our money for a barbecue stain THAT COMES OUT BY BEING WASHED. We were already warned that we wouldn't get our……

“I was so appalled by the condition of the property that I demanded a refund and went elsewhere. They advertised an airport shuttle but when I arrived they said the van was broken and they had no driver. Next...no breakfast which was also advertised...coffee in the morning. As I left the lobby, I passed a vending machine full of snacks...OUT OF ORDER. When I arrived at the room the smell was nearly overpowering. They say you get what you pay for...this takes that saying to a new low !”
