"Location is great and room was clean but it’s very obvious they cut a lot of corners to keep their costs down and maximize profits. Not having any staff onsite is really just not great when it comes to customer service. Parking situation was not adequately described on listing and when we reached out to the “virtual front desk,” they were completely useless and never responded to us until the next day so we had to figure it out ourselves and carry our stuff from blocks away.
