「This property was absolutely perfect for our trip to PHX for spring training! Easy access to freeways to get to the ballparks, the pool was awesome after long days in the sun, and the house was a great size and number/types of beds for my family of 6 (including 3 adult children). The Pac-Man game was a fun bonus as well. :) The hosts were very responsive and communicative as well. We will be back! 」

However, this is clearly the type of rental where the goal is to reduce expenses as much as possible. There are a variety of issues including shoddy towels, limited storage, lightbulbs out or missing throughout the house, broken stairs, loose outlets, and incomplete cleaning measures.
