「I found this property quite disappointing. First, it is in a very old student apartment complex and some of the interior has not been refurbished in decades. Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. The property’s location couldn’t be better — only about 10 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. Mariposa A | Pet-Friendly Stay Near SoCo

「Our stay at Mariposa was magical to my husband and I. Everything was provided to accommodate your needs as soon as you walk into the inviting, cozy home away from home. On-site washer and dryer are an added bonus that we were thankful for. The house is clean and the cleaning crew was amazing. Any questions we asked were answered quickly. The location was central for our needs. Honestly I didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Lodge Well.」

「Pros: Fantastic location off of Rainey St. and the river. Only a ten minute walk to the Dirty 6th bars. The view from the condo was spectacular! There’s a beautiful rooftop pool on the 33rd floor (we went in November and the pool was shaded until about 1:30pm). The condo has an ice machine which was nice!
