「Easy access to property and great communication with host 」

「Booked this spot for one night for a birthday downtown. The space was clean and perfect for our group of 4 with two of us sharing a bed. We all agreed that the beds and pillows were great, super comfortable!! It is a first floor place so you do hear people walking up the stairs. But it was nothing too bad especially if your party is also getting in after a night out downtown. 「Spent a long weekend in Austin. Condo was within walking distance to everything downtown, steps from the Lady Bird lake trail, great views from the unit and the rooftop pool area. Clean and just as advertised. Check in easy. 」

「The apartment was excellent! It was clean, it had a smart TV with an hdmi cable, a USB-a charging block, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need (coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, cuttlery, water filter, coffee cups, wine cups, bowls and plates, etc), the bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets to sleep on the couch, which was also comfortable. The location was a short drive to the center of austin, and right next to South Lamar, which has plenty of coffee shops and...

「We never stayed there bc the listing was incorrect. Owners classified as a condo but it was a guest house. The owner was repairing the roof over the guest house when we arrived and couldn’t be bothered to fix the situation. I had to call VRBO who was very helpful and after that the owner blamed them for the incorrect listing the next day. We were in limbo for an e tire day. Overall guest house had minimal parking as the main house was full of people so a lot going on. If your looking for...

「Great stay and the hospitality was excellent. The location of the Vrbo was central and offered a lot of amenities to do during our stay. Would recommend this to anyone traveling to the area either single,married or with kids.」
