“Overall we were very pleased with the house and everyone had plenty of space, we have 2 teenagers and they liked having their own rooms and bathrooms. We went to Red Rocks, Water World and down to DTC and the location was pretty centrally located for all. Would highly recommend.”

“This is a perfect place to stay near downtown Denver. The hotel/apartment is clean and new. Very comfortable and quiet. We did have a little hiccup with the early check-in because the cleaners were still there at our check-in time, but the owner replied in a timely manner and refunded the early check-in fee. Neighborhood is safe and there are many restaurants, breweries and bakeries nearby. Would definitely stay here again.”
