"Tv didn't work Wifi required me to drop my PCs firewall Curtain rod fell off Hangar hook came off Surprising but still my favorite value hotel in NY and SF"

"Nikko hotel needs the reasonable price restaurant. Breakfast is too expensive."

"The Handlery has maintained some of the original character of the hotel while updating for modern convenience. The staff are polite, helpful, and very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the convenience and proximity to downtown and restaurants makes it very walkable inconvenient. Half a block to the trolley on Powell Street. Half a block to Union Square station. We would definitely stay here again for both business and pleasure."
