「Our room was nice and the hotel was in the heart of Old Montreal. For those not used to "virtual hotels" (as we were), you need to accept that arriving early isn't as seemless as it is in major hotels. That said, the host did their best and we were given entry as soon as our room had been cleaned. The room itself was comfortable with a decent bathroom.」

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

"The hotel staff were helpful and kind, breakfast was good but there weren’t many options to choose from. The hotel room itself was spacious and clean, but the bathroom lacked furniture to place our stuff, and the kitchen only had a single pot and no bowls.
