Oak Ridge Business Hotel

"it’s a standard hotel but clean and nice. A plus is the staff came in early to make breakfast for the rowing teams that had to leave at 6am. A small negative, the cleaners did not leave but half a roll of TP when we arrived and never restocked while we were there. "

"We always love the Hampton Inn. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Amenities are always great. Rooms are always clean and fully stocked. Breakfast is always fantastic. If I had to nitpick, I do wish the room smells a little bit better. There’s always a tiny bit of a stale smell, but I’m not sure how that could be remedied. Also, I was disappointed that only one elevator is working this weekend but I know stuff happens."

"Desk staff friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was very disappointed you service was scheduled for three days after check in, because we stayed four days. Our room had two towels, two wash clothes, roll and half tissue to last until service… three days. I received more towels and clean bed sheets from desk clerk in the evening. I changed bed covers myself after two days. Trash over flowed, I changed trash basket myself. Bought more tissue paper myself. "
