"Typical downtown hotel. Room, restaurant, people were all great, location very good as well. Parking way too expensive. Cost $30 to park in garage connected to hotel...only $7 overnight in the garage just north of hotel. If I wouldn't have accidently entered the expensive garage, I'd have been much happier."

"The Good: Clean, spacious room. Lively lobby with a bar and pool table. Friendly and attentive staff. Full sized shower gel and hair products provided. Smart tv’s that allowed for streaming of Netflix and Prime (using your own account). Competitively priced. The Bad: The Hotel sits right next to the highway. My room (307) faced the highway and it was VERY noisy. I requested a quiet room at check-in and was told they were fully booked. (does that mean I get a lesser room bc I booked it through...

"The valet was very helpful when our windshield shattered. Safelite was given directions to where our car was. Lobby personnel were gracious and friendly. The daily wine hour provided a beautiful scene of the city. Food was delicious!!"

"Lobby and service desk were the quality I would expect of Hampton Inn. Not impressed with the rooms. Much older than any other Hampton I've stayed and they are my hotel of choice. No body wash, no conditioner in shower dispensers. Bathroom tile old and stained. Would not recommend or return to this location. Great area, but hotel was not worth price. "

"This comment is directed to Expedia. We chose this hotel over the courtyard because they advertised a manager’s reception. The hotel staff stated that this was not the case and that they had repeatedly told Expedia to remove the statement but Expedia failed to do so."

"We stayed for one night while we were in town for a concert. Friendly staff, ecclectic decor, comfortable beds, quiet hallways, great walkable neighborhood! The candy dishes with our old favorites (lemonheads and strawberry bon bons) were a nice touch. If I had one complaint it would be that the towels were scratchy. Everything else was great!"
