"I spent one day and one night at this gorgeous place for my trip in Hakone, the stuff were friendly and helpful, they explained every details to me patiently and guid me to my room upon arrival, the room was spacious with a private pool at balcony facing the mountain, it was a shame that I didn’t reserve my dinner but the breakfast was delicious as I was served with traditional Japanese food, it’s a wonderful stay and I am looking forward to coming back.
