「Would recommend but be aware. Area under construction and can have plumbing problems out of their control, even the ocean view rooms will be over looking an over grown empty lot. That said everything else was great! The area is fun and walkable, room was clean and well kept, and service was excellent and issues were dealt with quickly and easily. 」

「Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. 」

「I am seriously missing my ocean view room. This hotel is an absolute gem and my new favourite spot in Mexico. The hotel, staff and location make this place really special. It’s right on the ocean and beside a jungle which makes for a tranquil experience. The food is outstanding and the service was excellent. It’s not a massive resort so I was always able to find a beach chair without issue. The town is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and I felt very safe with my 7 and 10 year old. Very relaxing...

「We adored Puerto Morellos. Fabulous beach and lots of great beach restaurants. Quiet town with lots of restaurants and live music. The property was cute and the staff very responsive and nice. Our only complaint was the sewer system which was emitting odour in our suite by the end of our stay. 」

「Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

「It was the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, and the rooms were perfect. We could walk right to the beach from our room, and the restaurants were great overall. I would highly recommend this place for people looking for a peaceful getaway right on the beach, without the huge crowds in the hotel zone of Cancun. 」
