I’ve stayed at multiple resorts in Cancun and this is by far my least favorite. I’d give this place a 2.5/5 stars. The resort itself was pretty and clean which i saw them cleaning everyday. Our room was nice and clean but like other resorts they would have your room cleaned early, but here they wouldn’t have it done sometimes until 9:00pm or I’d have to ask them. The biggest issues were food, service and beach. The food was most of the time very cold or inedible, the only place that was good was the Mexican restaurant but it would fill up extremely fast. Then their service lacked they seemed understaffed and sometimes very rude, the other resorts I’ve been to would go above and beyond and were extremely friendly. The beach was the biggest issue, I spend all my time at the beach swimming etc. Seaweed is understandable but the amount of trash this beach area it had was ridiculous, other resorts I’ve been too kept there beach areas extremely clean but this resort did not it had so much trash that you could collect a bag worth. An extra thing that I personally didn’t like was a huge tree by the restaurants that had a ton of bats, they would also fly around near the rooms sometimes. I personally don’t mind animals but they got pretty close too me and freaked me out. Overall it was pretty bad not horrible but for the money you pay you can personally find way better elsewhere. Only positive was it’s very family friendly.

We recently stayed at this all‑inclusive resort and overall had a disappointing experience. The check‑in staff were indifferent and unhelpful, which did not create a welcoming first impression. The facilities are quite old and in need of renovation, and much of the food did not taste fresh. On top of that, the soundproofing in the rooms was very poor, so we could clearly hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms throughout our stay. On the positive side, the entertainment activities were well organized and enjoyable, which was the highlight of our visit.

Where do I start....first of all the room was spacious and overall clean however the AC was not working properly which meant that no matter how long it was turned off, we would all freeze in it. we asked several times for someone to fix it without success. my son ended up with a cold on our last day jsut before goign back to school. secondly, there is no entertainment in this resort, and if any, it's minimal at best, the lobby is not an entertainment space so only a lousy guitare or piano until 10:30pm. there was no white beach party when this is an event every single resorts has been offering each time we traveled. I think the worst was what they called their "sports bar/night club" isolated from the rest of the resort so noone knows it even exists. A total joke. a long narrow room with no windows, no service, no ventilation, one big screen with same ads over and over again and no club ambiance, no entertainment staff once. although the food at the various restaurants overall was good, the buffet (we did only once upon arrival on our frist evening) was shameful. barely any options, food cold and the room itself must have been kept at 16 degrees when the evening temperatures were barely reaching 20! the worst was the process to secure a table for us and our group of friends for new years dinner (but same process applies systematically if you want to reserve a table in advance: purchase $US300 worth of wine! and no room here to add more complaints. Dreams never again

Bathtub jets did not work. Toilet kept running 24/7, which got fixed once. Room was otherwise fine. Staff was mostly good. A very family oriented resort. Pushy on getting you to tour the adults only resort. Our last night at the Mexican restaurant was the best, but food overall was just OK.

Management needs training in customer services, drinks are diluted too much.. juices are not juices they put so much water… not enough personal to run an efficient business.

The staff was fantastic, the food was pretty good but we had to get to meals early. Same with the beach (6am to get a chair). I didn’t know what the VIP section of the beach meant? New Year’s Eve was awesome. We’d definitely go back for that week.
