I had an EXCELLENT 4 day stay. The staff was pleasant, all-inclusive amenities were great, and my room was spacious. I had a junior suite and it was like being in a small apartment. I was impressed with the views as well. I have already rebooked for next year!

La verdad es un hotel bonito, senti que hace falta mas personal en areas de restaurante y areas de alberca. Habitaciones bonitas, cómodas. Lo único malo es que el plan todo incluido termina a las 12 del dia, hora que debes de entregar la habitación, te dan la opción de quedarte mas tiempo ya sea pagando LCO o como daypass. Posiblemente podria volver a hospedarme otra vez en el hotel.

Beautiful place, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant was closed, the pool was great! This hotel is more for a relaxing stay with delicious food. Great for adults and teens, our ambassador Mariel was wonderful and helpful!

The hotel was beautiful. You are greeted by your personal hotel ambassador whom arranged everything and personally took care of everything you needed but all the staff was super helpful and friendly. The Food was delicious.

Great service, drinks, and accommodations. Food was an 8/10, some dishes could be more seasoned, but everything is always very hot and fresh tasting. And the dishes they get right, they get RIGHT. Extremely safe, peaceful, and relaxing. All inclusive is great price point and definitely worth it.

GREAT STUFF: the beach, the rooftop pool, the different restaurants, no buffets, the vibe (very relaxed), staff, large rooms NOT AS GREAT: the hall ways were dark and musty, the sofa bed was pretty bad. I will go back again. We LOVED it.

The property is nice. The bedrooms wide and super comfortable. The staff is kind and eager to serve. But: as there is low season, the switch OFF! the air con in every single public area. To dine, sweating, smelling stinky seagrass, because its oceanfront. Lobby and lobby bar? impossible to stay there. If you want to stay comfy -dry and fresh-, whilst not sunbathing during your stay, pick another hotel
