“👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, poorly designed, unclean, and had an unbearable odor. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. I told him I stayed there last night but had already checked out. He rudely demanded that I leave immediately. This……

“Stayed for 4 nights and my room was never serviced. I got new towels once after I asked for them. Pool was dirty and wasn’t cleaned or serviced the whole time I was there. The front desk older blonde/ white haired lady with the frizzy hair who checked me in was so rude. She gave me zero details about my room or the hotel. I had called a day ahead about late check in, but when I got there she tried to tell me that she couldn’t do it. EVEN THO I ALREADY PAID FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE. After I corrected……

“Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. The only thing I may complain is the air conditioner - it works well with no doubt,……

“Adorable little Real A frame log cabins. The grounds were impeccable. However the AC couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. Overall a great weekend ”

“Lo mejor que tiene esa cabaña, es sólo la ubicación porque esta cerca del canal. Y el anfitrión respondía pronto y con buena actitud. Pero, seria bueno que actualizaran sus fotos ya que sus muebles (dentro y fuera) estan deteriorados y sucios. Colchas y cobijas sucias y con manchas de sangre. Toallas con mal olor y manchadas. Sería conveniente verificar que su personal de limpieza realmente limpie la unidad. Ni siquiera el WC estaba aseado y ni hablar del microondas que tenía residuos de comida……
