"This is our second time staying at this property. Pretty much next-door to a JR station., which means you’re close enough to the major tourist attractions without staying within the chaos. We’ll stay there again on our next trip to Tokyo."

"Was a small room but had all I needed TV, fridge, bathroom, bed and little desk. Was close to the train station, 7/11 straight across the road, restaurant down stairs. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"We loved the Japanese breakfast. Rooms were small but that was expected. We really liked the area. Enough around that we could hang out locally but being right above the train station made it very convenient to get to other places."

"Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed."

"Hotel is a bit aged but well maintained. Signs of aging shows through carpets and bathrooms. The hotel uses eco-cleaning meaning they only come in to clean beds every 3 days. However, they did come in and change towels every day. Hotel offered free breakfast which has protein (eggs / fish), pastries, carb (rice, potato salad, etc), salads (cabbage shreds), and juice. It's not fancy but sufficient to get the day going. Check-in was self-help which was super efficient. I found all the questions I had prior to arriving got answered through their instructions. They've really worked out their customer journey SOPs. The hotel is 5 mins away from the north exit of the metro/JR stations. It has at least 4 convenient stores (lawson, family mart, 7-11) within in a 3 min walking radius. It's convenient. The only complain is that the wifi is very slow. It lagged when I tried to watch videos. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay at the hotel."

"This is a clean, quiet hotel in a convenient location if you want to explore Kichijoji and western Tokyo. The rooms are quite small by American standards, though typical of Japan."
