“Firstly, we had to pick up the key from a different place from the actual unit, which is so inconvenient when you are carrying luggage with you. Then we had problems finding the unit. The property is advertised as Toronto Inn York so we put this name in Google maps and we cannot find the place. We called and they said follow the address in the instructions. But it doesn’t say West or East. So we walked up and down with our luggage trying to find the place. They should specify in the……

“This unit is pretty run down, damaged floors, doors and cabinets - the shower curtain is too short making it leak on the floor - shower curtains is also gross. Generally not a well maintained suite.”

“The location was fantastic and walking distance to the Blue Mountain Village and surrounding small cities. The space itself was fairly clean and cozy. The property rental company was really easy to communicate with and was very helpful. The link the property rental company sent after we booked said there was a village shuttle available, however, when we went there, it wasn’t available (perhaps it’s a summer thing). The one thing that we were a little surprised by was during checkout.……

“The heater was broken. The tub was super slippery, and the toiletries were cheap and gross. The sofa bed was busted, so I didn't sleep for two nights, the main bedroom was freezing for my kids, and the place had no ventilation. Most importantly, if anyone stays above you, be prepared for their footsteps to sound like explosions.”
