「We really enjoyed this rental, and definitely would rent it again. It is spacious, quiet, well-supplied and modern inside, though it’s in a large re-furbished building. Walking to restaurants and the Avon Theatre; longer walk to the Festival Theatre. Good dining choices nearby .Recommend highly.」

「Quiet, cozy, warm and comfortable. Great location with several dining options nearby. Catherine was an attentive and kind host. We would go back in a second!」

「The unit is very quiet and peaceful. The unit was well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment. Appliances worked well, including the laundry facilities. The walkway was shovelled every day and the parking was good. The host was slow to respond to messages. When we arrived, the unit was not very clean. Some of the furniture was not in good condition. The pull-out couch was broken, the dining chairs had loose legs, the handle on the shower was broken, and the toilet paper holder was broken off...

「The reason for the three stars is the noisy heat pump which is literally inside the master bedroom. I had a terrible sleep! I don't understand the design. Otherwise, the second bedroom was fine and the place was clean and pleasant.」

「The king bed could use a new mattress. The queen bed was fine. Large condo . Great location to the amenities of there Main Street. 」

「These places are great for a weekend or longer while skiing in the area. Being able to use the pool is an added bonus always. There was an issue with check in at no fault of the host, the lock was frozen. The host was very responsive and kept in contact until we had been given a different place to stay in. So this review isnt on the Dream House itself, but overall the service received. Thank you Frederica.」

「This location was beautiful. You know that this is a new building and it shows. It is clean, easy to get into the building and parking if spacious. Michelle had everything we needed for our stay (laundry tabs, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishes and more). She even left water, soda and treats out for us. It was such a wonderful touch and it made our stay that much better. It was the little things that made me smile. The patio was wonderful. You will really enjoy your stay. 」
