The room itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with an upscale feel. The corner view was absolutely fantastic, offering both privacy and sweeping views of the city. I particularly appreciated the large in-room shower and toilet, as well as the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Housekeeping was impeccable, with twice-daily service that kept the room in pristine condition without ever feeling intrusive. The highlight of my stay? The breakfast. Without exaggeration, it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had—a beautifully curated selection of high-quality dishes, with something for every palate. From the freshness of the ingredients to the elegance of presentation, it was on par with fine dining. Every interaction with the staff reflected the Four Seasons standard—discreet, attentive, and always willing to help. "The property is located in orchard road with good access to shopping malls and restaurants. Room size was small suitable for solo and couple travellers but not suitable for family. Staffs were very well polite and well behaved. A good experience overall "

"Great location right in the heart of a shopping district. Room was practical for a city hotel with a comfortable bed, not much privacy in the frosted glass bathroom. Rooftop pool was a huge benefit and turned out to a good vantage point to watch the fireworks. They were also really flexible at check out, allowing us to use the pool and shower facilities before our evening flight."
