The place was in excellent condition, just as pictured. There was actually more room than we needed. The only downside was the pool heat. We arrived on Sunday and requested heat for Sunday, but the pool was not ready (warm) until Tuesday. Other than that, everything was great.

Could have been so much more
This house had such potential. It’s big and beautiful, a cute welcome bag was waiting for us when we arrived. But in the end, when we ended up having a problem, we got nothing. We paid for pool/spa heat, and after returning from a day at Disney there was nothing we wanted more than to relax in the hot tub! Everyday, pool and hot tub were cold. We’re from New England, we’re very accustomed to cold pools, but a cold hot tub?? Company insisted we were incorrect, and gave us their sincerest apologies. That was it. I asked for a refund on the heat, nope. I asked for someone to please come feel it, nope. They had a computer that told them we were wrong. Looking back at reviews, this has happened on multiple occasions. There are plenty of large beautiful houses in the Disney area, we will never stay with this company again.

The property was lovely. The modern decor and modern finishes added a calming environment. The pool and hot tub was a family favorite. The bedding and furniture was clean, some dirt and debris on the floor but nothing a quick floor sweep couldn’t fix. We will return and recommend to others.

Overall a great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was a very quiet neighborhood and the pool temperature was perfect the entire stay. Location was close to the parks and restaurants. We’ve stayed at various properties in the area over the last 8 years and this is the first to have a salt water pool. Definitely a great perk. The pool also had lots of privacy since there were no houses behind. The check in and out process was quick and easy. I also appreciated that the property manager provided a list of exactly what was included so we knew what to bring. My mom was particularly happy that they provided a sponge for washing dishes. The only negatives for us related to having to skim the pool a lot as the skimmer didn’t seem powerful enough. The living room was also a bit tight for our party of 6. Overall, I would recommend this property to future renters.

Plenty of space and kid friendly for little ones. Kids loved the pool attached to the house and it was a short walk to the heated community pool & playground. This was our First family vacation and it was awesome! We will be back again! Thanks for this opportunity for our family to get away from lots of Snow!

We had a great stay at this property. The location is fantastic. Any questions I had prior to arrival were answered in a timely manner and with a great attitude. The house could have been better cleaned though. We had to sweep the floors upon arrival as there were hairs in the bathrooms and crumbs throughout the kitchen/dinning area. Other than that it was great. I would definitely recommend the home to other and will hopefully stay there again myself in the future.

Generally OK, but missing needed supplies
House was nice, location fine. Serious problem was lack of needed supplies. No extra blankets or sheets; minimal toilet paper or paper towels; not enough trash bags; not enough soap; not enough dishwasher soap, only 6 wine glasses, etc. For the price of the property, spending $25-$50 for reasonable amounts of supplies should be a no brainer.

We had problems with the pool. It was not heated as promised and was filthy with tons and tons of flies. Each time I contacted the management I got a very generic robotic answer. No one came down to look at or clean the pool. Just seems like no one cares. The house was clean and as pictured. It’s such a pity as it’s a great house and nice size pool but when you come out of the pool and flies come raining down it’s not acceptable

Great home from a great company
My first time renting from Casiola and I'd never hesitate to recommend them to others. I am also a host on VRBO and will certainly take some lessons from them to provide a more fluid rental process for our guests. The house felt brand new, was sparkling clean, and well priced. The only nitpick I could come up with was that the lights in one washroom wouldn't come on, but seeing as we were only 2 couples in a 6 bedroom home, it had no effect on our stay. If we'd have reported it, I'm certain that they would have rectified the issue in a heartbeat. Instructions on how to lock the front door key pad would have been helpful but we managed to figure it out.
